It does make you wonder though, special hospitals for the elites? Maybe they get special staff?

Although they will not be used to treat COVID-19 patients, the ships will help treat other people to allow hospitals to focus on treating those affected by the outbreak - anticipating a further significant rise in coronavirus cases.

Ah I see, so they will treat the people wth normal day to day issues. Hmmm, I wonder how long it is before they get shut down with coronavirus?
