Chinese loose 21 million phone subscribers?! Does that mean millions have died in China? I can't see that many, but we have no solid figure from China. We know it has been bad there, but that bad? There are probably many people that can't afford phone subscriptions there now, and those that travel and have more than one subscription (data sim for tablets etc) may have cancelled one subscription, but that still leaves a hell of a lot. Could this be an indicator that the death toll is much much greater than we know?

Further, China’s Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (MIIT) stated that between December 18, 2019 and March 19 2020, cellphone users decreased from 1.600957 billion to 1.579927 billion, while the number of landlines dropped 840,000 during the same period.

Who was Bill Gates Before Microsoft?

This an interesting video (15 minutes). The creator looks a little scary, but if you can get over that she says some very interesting things. Skip to about 50 seconds in to skip the intro.

Today's numbers are very similar to yesterdays. It looks to be plateauing, but I think still too soon after the lockdown. It is best to let the numbers roll for a few days before making any assumptions. I think the numbers are still set to climb if we look at the relationship of our numbers to those of Italy and France and we should start to plateau in the next few days. So don't get comfy yet, I think there is more to come, and they wouldn't be building these massive temporary hospitals and mortuaries if they thought the numbers were set to decline right now. We have also reached the 10k tested per day mark that our dear leader was talking about days/weeks ago. Lets hope there are more tests to come.

Total confirmed cases are at 33,718, with 4244 new cases, down 80 (1.8% decrease) on yesterday. Total deaths are 2,921, with 569 new deaths, up 6 (1% increase) on yesterday. Total tested this (24h) period, 10215.

As of 9am on 2 April 2020, 163,194 people have been tested, of which 33,718 were confirmed positive.
As of 5pm on 1 April 2020, of those hospitalised in the UK who tested positive for coronavirus, 2,921 have died.

While it looks a "very low" chance the deadly COVID-19 virus was created in a Chinese military laboratory, "there's absolutely no doubt in my mind China has a biological weapons program," says the Executive Director of the Australian Strategic Policy Institute Peter Jennings.

Australia are pissed at China.

Australia should 'take back the land' from China as damages

China should be made to pay reparations for the outbreak of the coronavirus, but given they are unlikely to do so "maybe (Australia) can take back the land that their foreign owned corporations have as damages" says Nationals MP George Christensen.

There. That should keep you busy ;) I know I said I was going to be posting less political stuff but I have changed my mind. I think the political aspect of what is to come, especially the economic impacts on each country has got legs. Australia is pissed at China. Looks like Trump would be pissed at China if it wasn't for that $250 billion trade deal. If other countries start really pointing the finger then a whole load more crap may go down......
