My station has disappeared

Didn't last long! I now have something, which kind of appear to be working. The display says I am counting, the ethernet board (arduino with shield) says I am uploading, but only get an update to radmon when I switch on and get a count of zero. The nothing unless I switch off and on again. I'm going to leave it online until I get some more bits from China! That is after today, when I'm going to try one more idea.

I think I am back properly. I re-flowed all the joints on everything. I think that the counter was not feeding to the Wiznet board. There was also a short on the Wiznet board itself. Its all on the bench now, I'm going to leave it like this for maybe 24 hours plus to see what happens.
 

May not be online for a while our Internet is now getting progressively worse. Now below 1Mbps for protracted periods. You cannot change ISPs in Portugal as they only allow one per district. 
 

Internet finally sorted up from an average 2-3Mbps to 51Mbps! Hopefully My system won't drop out. The previous installer had installed the external antenna horizontally instead of vertically and it had topped up with water, as had the cable.
