Moved the unit inside the house today. Think it may just be broken as used three different power supplies and the readings are sky high. Going to borrow another unit and see if i can track problem down with mine

I have taken on Matt's Geiger Counter which started running a bit hot recently. I have found the same effect. After turning the voltage down and putting an extra 1.5Meg resistor in line with the tube, it still suddenly started
showing high readings. As a result, I have replaced it and am back on line. It is not yet showing on the graphs, but the readings are being correctly transmitted. Perhaps it will take a few days to get latched on to the system, since I have been off-line for a few weeks.
