Good info. I appreciate all the work you have put into this. I run my detector into a RaspberryPi 3 that I had sitting around. The built in WiFi is a fantastic addition as I have rarely had to touch the setup in several months. Most of the time it's one of my daughters unplugging it for the USB power to charge their phone! I put a big warning sticker on it and that seems to have addressed the hijacked power!
