Yes, im using the regular USB cable, with the USB Serial Lead. It is under Windows 10 x64... I will try with a different computer, and update.

Doesn't the GMC-320+V4 use a regular USB cable? Or are you using the audio output? I tried my 320 with the new program and it seemed to work fine. I had mine set to "GQ GMC USB Serial Lead." I'm not sure it will work if it is on the "kit" settings.

I'm having the same problem, more or less.
One question first though: Is there a way to install this version without it automatically uninstalling the stable version so I can play with it without having to keep uninstalling/reinstalling them?
I'm running a GMC-300EPlus. Set normally, that is: COM3, Speed 57600, GQ GMC USB serial lead.
Running Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit.
When I click the Start button on the program, it returns the following:
Unhandled exception has occurred in your application. If you click Continue, the application will ignore this error and attempt to continue. If you click Quit, the application will close immediately.
Object reference not set to an instance of an object.
Then in the Details section it gives a whole bunch of stuff (ahem... prepare for spam... sorry! Devil's in the details, as the saying goes! ). Before I post that part though, I wanted to mention that part of it is showing a path that doesn't exist on my computer. The second line down there where it starts out "C:\Users\Daniel" etc. Could that be what's doing it, perhaps? It's referring to a path on the creator's computer (*looks at Dan and waves *), so he won't be seeing the error on the computer he used to write it, if that's the cause.
I'm not the bugchaser I used to be, but the other thing that stood out for me was that it lists Win32 in the Details, so I tried it in compatibility mode. I tried XPsp3, VistaSP2, and 98/ME. XP and Vista compatibility had the same errors, and 98/ME (not unexpectedly) wouldn't run it at all.
Here's the full text of the details section (here's the spam I promised! ). I hope it might help!
See the end of this message for details on invoking
just-in-time (JIT) debugging instead of this dialog box.

To enable just-in-time (JIT) debugging, the .config file for this

jitDebugging value set in the system.windows.forms section.
The application must also be compiled with debugging
enabled.
For example:

<system.windows.forms jitDebugging="true" />
</configuration>
When JIT debugging is enabled, any unhandled exception
will be sent to the JIT debugger registered on the computer
rather than be handled by this dialog box.

Tried to use it with a GMC-320+v4... but I cant because of the - Unhandled exception error. I had chosen the COM port and 'kit with USB/TTL serial interface'. Error details were "System.NullReferenceException.Object reference not set to an instance of an object" and a reference to Radlog.cs line 894.
I'm having the same problem, more or less.

The PC is a 'Mini Cyclone' running win10 and kit is the netio gc. Version 0.41 runs happily on this setup with the software installed on an 8gb stick.
Tried al sorts of different settings, but I cant I seem to get past that error code....
Best regards

************** JIT-Debuggen **************
<configuration>
<system.windows.forms jitDebugging="true" />
</configuration>
Wenn das JIT-Debuggen aktiviert ist, werden alle nicht behandelten
Ausnahmen an den JIT-Debugger gesendet, der auf dem
Computer registriert ist, und nicht in diesem Dialogfeld behandelt.
