Do you have a picture of the inside? I am wondering if there is enough room for a Pi or Beagle Bone Black. I would add WiFi and then it would only need power to work. Also what is the default baud rate being used? Does the USB appear like a Serial interface. I assumed so. May pick one up if the internals are flexible.

My GMC300 can not change the baud rate and looks like I may need to pick up an alternative detector if I want the BBB to talk to it with the PyRadmon application.

Thanks for considering getting one :)
I can send you a photo when I make up the first unit, the prototype is on the wall and has all the seals fitted.
There is not enough room for a Pi or BBB. The interface is not serial, it is audio, so long cable lengths can be used.

Right. Now the server is done, I have chased up where the **** these enclosures are. They won't be delivered until late March apparently, wtf. The manufacturer is a UK company, so its not like distance is a problem - how they expect their products to be used in manufacturing I have no idea. I have cancelled the order.

However, the same case is now available immediately in black. So I have ordered them instead! Had this problem not been so late in the process, I would have found a different case and a different manufacturer.
The downside is that the simple transparent/blue graphics will not show up against the black background. I have ordered some back cable glands to match the case colour.

They should be here soon, in the next few working days. Thanks for your patience.

Great! I was starting to wonder how much longer it would be. Btw do the units have enough room for a second tube to be added?

There isn't an option for clipping in another tube, but there is just enough room to wire another one in.

The enclosures and glands will be here tomorrow! Just got off the phone with supplier, also making sure that case availaility will not be a problem for the next batch.
