Hello people,
I am Thimo, nice meeting you all.
I am a student in IT data-communications, MCP-MTA and CCNA-certified.
I have been heavily interested and active with IT since the age of 14.
My deep interests in radio active science came when I started to knowing my girlfriend, this due to her studying chemistry/nano-technology.
Eventually I found Radmon and I decided to become active in measuring background radiation. (Thanks, Dan for the project. )
After a bit of trying I derived Radlogger Pro from the radiation software by RH electronics.
Now I mainly aim on just helping others out where needed, and Radlogger is not too actively maintained any longer, due to an issue with available time per day.
I currently own a DIY MyGeiger V1.x and have it hooked up to a Raspberry Pi, using a self-modified version of pyradmon.
The Geiger meter is equipped with a SBM-20 STS-5 tube.
That'd be it for now, I think.
Any questions? Never fear to ask.
