Hello from USA Michigan.

Thanks to Fukushima and my bride, I am adding to my hobbies!
We have a concern with eating foods and fish from the Pacific and products from the area.

I started out last year when I found a 2 year old Inspector EXP new in box for a great price. I wondered why the cover was raising counts and found a cesium calibration disk was included.

Wanting to go mobile without risking damage to the EXP, I built my first giger kit. It travels in a Pelican Micro case running on a set of LI-18650 batteries. They last about a week without the LCD backlight. Then I found this site. Getting on the map was a good reason to build another kit! Picked up the DIY GK-B5 and GK WIFI interface. Both kits are using SBM-20's beta / gama tubes.

I like building things! I must add, I was inspired by Bret (BroHogan) and the Arduino cube he put together.

His build photo is attached.

Regards, Bob
