Ah thats what that ceramic components is then
This will be fun to get working with the MyGeiger, and very useful for home monitoring stations.

Today I played with this 4€ module - https://www.banggood.com/NodeMcu-Lua-WIFI-Internet-Things-Development-Board-Based-ESP8266-CP2102-Wireless-Module-p-1097112.html
I connected it to my second geiger counter , wrote a short code, and sent values to my own server.
The code can be modified for sending to the radmon server.

First tests of this module: https://www.banggood.com/Geekcreit-DT-06-Wireless-WiFi-Serial-Port-Transparent-Transmission-Module-TTL-To-WiFi-p-1141047.html
For android I used this application: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.ucconnect.uctcpipadapter_hex
And for Linux this command to create a virtual serial port:
sudo socat -d -d pty,link=/dev/ttyS0,raw,echo=0 tcp:192.168.1.25:9000

I try to do the same thing with a 8266 module but with no success.
It's fine if you can help me sending your IDE sketch.
thanks in advance

Pierre
