Wifi Geiger available?

I have my unit indoors and would like to move it outdoors. Besides the basics of having a system waterproof and all is there anyone running a WiFi connection? I already have a WiFI bridge in the backyard for some solar panels so I was thinking of doing the same for the Geiger counter. Anyone know of a WiFi enabled version or a kit that may do this?

Not that I'm aware of, the usual route for WiFi would be to connect your counter to a Rasperry Pi or other similar small computer, use pyradmon and plug in a WiFi USB adaptor. There is the GKnet board from BroHogan if you can run an ethernet cable.

Hello.
One solution is a radio serial port.
Now I tried to transfer via 868MHz radio modules.
I have these radio modules
On the module with USB I am connect bluetooth-ttl module so I can to receive via USB and bluetooth at once.
It is possible to buy the radio modules without USB and connectors: HM-TRP
Available versions: 433, 868 and 915MHz. It is necessary to find out what frequency and TX power are permitted in your country!
It may be used alone bluetooth-ttl module if you have a PC nearby (about 10m).

The second solution is, as Dan wrote use a small computer.
I have this router TL-WR710N for around 20 €.
In the router I have installed OpenWrt firmware (linux).
On the another router with OpenWrt I have connected geiger counter and sending to RADMON using my BASH script .

All good ideas. I have not looked into the Bluetooth options. I have a new Win8,1 machine with bluetooth built in so I should probably look into that a bit more. I also see the bluetooth option seems to be supported in the software. Thanks.
