New install under Windows10

Hi Daniel, I have re-installed Radlog on a new pc running win10. All is running fine except my username / password is being rejected at the server. APRS is disabled too. I wonder if it would be possible for you to have a look and re-set my password at some stage. Best regards, Alex - GW7ERI

It's now the same password as on the forum.

Thanks for the reply ThibmoRozier - just tried and its still not working for me When I click 'check user name and password' I get the response Checking for valid user...' then 'User validation failed, server error. The operation has timed out.' Another box pops up and says username and/or password incorrect. I've tried username both in upper and lower text and re-typed password loads of times but just get the same result.... I'm at a bit of a loss now as all was well till I migrated to a new(er) pc.

Hi Daniel, thank you, will do - no problem at all! I remember the last time this happened you reset my record and all was ok.
