I prepared the attached csv per Dan's format requirements (sent by email before). NPP=Plants>1000 MW, NPR=Reactors 100-1000 MW, NPPuc=under construction, NPPsd=shut down. These tags could allow for different icons. It was sourced from Wikipedia in early April, so may need a few updates. I think the plan is to make it user-editable once it's up.
