Donations system might actually be working

I have implemented automatic registering of radmon users who donate using the button at the top.
This also disables all the annoying ads.
Gamma-Man, I know you'll like this.

I have tested each part, but not checked it all the way through with a donation. If anyone was thinking of it, now's the time to test it!

- Extra task, get this working with RadLog donate button too.

Now I can actually add some perks to donating users:
What do you guys think?

- Extra graphs? 1 year, 3 year?
- Much faster updating of graphs?
