I looked around but didn't find this, sorry if it has been answered before.

How often should I have my GK-Plus send updates to Radmon? I have it set to five minutes right now but I am still in the testing mode.

Any suggestions?

Greetings,
Bryan Boardman of Aware Electronics helped me set up an AW-RADW software batch file to upload readings every 10 minutes. Just checked and that's my current setting. I've also tried 1 and 5 minute intervals with no problems. Main thing is getting the data flowing...
