I'm a senior Linux system administrator, I have two dedicated datacenter (bare metal) @OHV with Proxmox VE. I can give you for FREE, to host the site RADMON.ORG or a mirror, a virtual server with 1 dedicated static IP addres, 256 Gbytes dedicated of SSD storage, 8 Gigabytes of RAM and 250 Megabytes bandwidth (up/down) unmetered.
Also, I have another server @ my home with Proxmox Backup Server with 1 Gigabit/s fiber optic, just to guarantee daily backups, fully restorable.

or if you prefere an Odroid M1 (with metal case) with 8 gigabytes of RAM, quad core 64bit CPU @ 2GHz, 128 Gigabytes of internal NVMe solid state high speed disk (up to 1600 Megabytes per second). 2 USB-3 + 2 USB-2 ports and 1 Gigabit/s ethernet connector.

The Odroid sbc sounds like a great offer though. Raspberry pi are pretty lame. I use an Orange pi5 16GB ram with 250GB NVMe as my daily driver My home is powered by a very small solar system)
