We have been here before. There is an old thread somewhere where we started to collate CSV files for plotting NPPs and other related nuclear industry stuff on the radmon.org map. It would be nice to get back to that some time.
There are also other nuclear industry sites that may be worth including, such as currently decommissioning NPPs, fuel reprocessing plants, nuclear waste facilities, military bases with reactors such as submarine stations, and I am sure there are others. In doing so the list will become quite large.
This is the UK:

The RadioactiveAtHome BOINC site still shows a worldwide map of reactors, at
http://radioactiveathome.org/map/
. It does not seem to be actively maintained however.
