Safari 12.1 rendering problems (z-layer?) was created by nudelkiste

When opening radmon.org with Safari 12.1 I cannot show the flow-chart because it is covered by the map

how to bring the flowchart in front of the map?
macOS 10.13.6 with Safari 12.1
