So I logged onto my university's network with my iPhone and as you can see everything works fine since I'm writing here, but when I switch to 4G mode I get the same issue again, I can only acces the old ghost forum! It's looks like my IP is somehow "stuck".

Edit: seems like it's working as it should now!
