I have been getting quite a few support queries sent to my radmon gmail account. That account was intended for activating users only (that didn't receive the verification email.) Whilst I don't mind the odd one it can be time consuming. The forum always has been and always will be the place for support for anything radmon. A single question asked can be seen by many, and thus the answer too. The answer on an email is seen by one.

Going forward, the radmon gmail email is for account issues only. Activation issues, lost passwords, lost user accounts, donation queries etc. are the only things the email address should be used for. Anything else I will probably just ignore, or I'll send a link the FAQ page, which brings me onto the next thing; I have made a new page for getting started with a small FAQ (link up top.) It is to try and aid new users getting their stations online, or at least the best places to be looking at. There are also some FAQ of some of the most common things I have been emailed about. If anyone can think of anything that needs adding then please let me know and I'll add them.

Agree use the forum as it's more helpful for others. Besides, there are no dumb questions.

I find it incredible, dumbfounding, quite unbelievable that I write the post, and FAQ three days ago, yet people still email me for 1-to-1 support! That is not happening anymore!

I have now created an auto-response for the email address that any messages received that are not about a user account WILL BE IGNORED.

Do people actually bother to read these days? Why do I bother with writing things like an FAQ IF PEOPLE DON'T EVEN OPEN THEIR EYES!

It really is incomprehensible to me, really. I have no clue why people don't just look and need someone else to do it for them.

Just to clarify, Whilst I won't be doing any more email support (which was never the intention anyway), I will still offer the same support as I always have done. If I know the answer, I'll help, just on the forum only.
