New forum topics (and some moved posts)

Hello Everyone,

I have made two new forum topics: Station Updates and Arduino Code. Station updates is where you can post about your station. Updates to it, downtime, planned maintenance etc. The Arduino Code topic is just for that. post your Arduino code, or questions, code snippets and functions. Please don't post Arduino hardware posts to the Arduino Code topic, and keep them to the Homebrew counters, electronic design and building topic.

The radmon.org News topic has become something of a dumping ground for all sorts of different topics, so I have been through the whole topic and moved a lot of threads to a more suitable topic. I have also been through a couple of other topics and moved some posts, such as arduino code.
