You have what seems like 40 instances of pyradmon 1.3.0 running in test mode, user test_user and test_password. So they are all hammering the logs here pretty badly.
Probably this is a mistake, e.g. thinking the process is ended when it isn't or something like that. Can you please kill them, and run one pyradmon per user - thank you.
In setting up the API request rate limit and testing it, this IP was banned for 24hrs. The ban is now lifted and access to the website should be possible. However, the API submit request is still throttled, with bans lasting 10 minutes.
