request for assistance: CPM bounces from actual to 0.

Hiya. request for assistance. I think it is related to update frequency settings.
I have both set to 60 seconds. (capture and report I think.) My CPM on the live map bounces between what my 1 min average on my geiger counter shows, and 0. The online reporting tool shows the same. Lots of Zeros between my actual raw data. I don't see this behavior on other stations. I must have it misconfigured. Ideas?
Thank you,
Stephen

Ok I've seen this before, I think last time it was because two RadLogs were running at the same time.
Close all RadLogs, check task manager for any hidden RadLogs, close/kill them.
Then start RadLog.

If only one is running, ensure you are using the stable version of RadLog.

Wow. You nailed it. There was a second one running. Halted that instance and things look right now. Thank you.

Hi there.
I'v struggled with the same problem for a while.
As you can see in the picture, first i had meny zeros and average was quite low.
I have had changed values of "Serial-audio counting period" to 30s.
Changed it back to 60s, and it seems to be ok, and average peaks up.

What really are the right values, please advise?
