Problem uploading data was created by ChrisLX200
I recently got my RH Electrronics MyGeinger v.3 going with an SB-20 tube, so I installed RadLog Pro on my laptop and reactivated my old account. It was working fine for a time albeit with a few issues. Occaisional zero counts recorded that were not seen on my local graph display, but now uploads seem to have stopped altogether with the error: Error in FPT transfer: Invalid URL: The hostname could not be parsed.
Well that seems to be self-explanatory but looking on the network tab in Radlog Pro (V0.43) the FTP address is actually blank. I made no (intentional) changes here so what should that field contain?

Looking at the data submitted it looks to be an issue between the counter and Radlog. You are submitting readings, but some (most?) are just 0's. This is from the apache log:
By 'FPT' I am assuming you mean 'FTP'? Go to your 'network' tab and make sure that 'Save graph to ftp every.....' is not checked, unless you are uploading the graphs to another server. I am assuming you are not as you say your FTP address is blank. That field is only required if you are uploading the graphs to a local or web server. For Radmon you don't need this.
I would definitely start by checking that your counter is indeed sending the CPM to Radlog properly, and also check that 'Save graph to ftp every.....' is not checked. You should be able to look at the Radlog log by browsing to 'My Documents' --> 'Radlog' --> log.txt. If you see 0's in there then Radlog simply isn't getting the CPM from the counter.
Let me know how you get on.
The value submitted is 0. Looking at your 24 hours graph, it does look like Radlog is getting intermittent CPM readings, and I think the graph in Radlog is different to that generated on Radmon as Radlog will simply join missed readings but when the readings are missing it will submit a 0 to Radmon."GET /radmon.php?user=ChrisLX200&password=#########&function=submit&datetime=2025-03-20%2017:31:08&value=0&unit=CPM HTTP/1.1" 200 3542 "-" "-"

The 'save to FTP..' was indeed checked, not sure how that happened. I have disabled that now. However while checking the log.txt I do see a lot of '0's, and checking the Tools/log entries in Radlog I see timeout errors..:
20/03/2025 19:55:42 : Error submitting CPM value to radmon.org : The operation has timed out
20/03/2025 19:47:42 : Error submitting CPM value to radmon.org : The operation has timed out
20/03/2025 19:44:40 : Successfully updated shared data viewer
20/03/2025 19:31:26 : Error in FTP transfer: Invalid URI: The hostname could not be parsed.
20/03/2025 19:26:26 : Error in FTP transfer: Invalid URI: The hostname could not be parsed.
Think maybe I found the problem - there were 4 instances of Radlog running! Again, not sure how I managed to do that. They were not showing on the desktop and the icons on the taskbar were hidden. I've closed the redundant threads and we'll see if that fixes the problem.

Ahh, yes, multiple instances will do this.
You can ignore the 'Error submitting CPM value to radmon.org : The operation has timed out' messages. This is a small bug in Radlog where the timeout timer for receiving a response is hardcoded and set a little low. Generally, the reading is submitted, but Radlog times out when waiting for the 'OK' response from the server and Radlog shows that error. The best way to see if your readings are getting to the server properly is to check the last 30 readings on your station control panel.
Looking at your graphs it looks like your station is working well now.

Thanks for your help all seems OK now! - until I break it again of course
I want to move the setup off my laptop onto a Raspberry Pi and use a different counter. The MyGeiger v.3 I use as a bit of a test bed and want to connect an SBT-11A to it. I also have a Radiacode 103 so I'm using the laptop for spectrogram stuff.
