Small update, the RMS calculation has been reviewed and proven right by a mathematical expert.

I am glad to announce the newest update of PyRadmon.
Sorry but I just needed to get my head out of the "frump-a-dumb" mood it was in.
I now have the improvements implemented, also added a windows executable and a compiled python version.
I hope you all like it.
