Add audio pulse counting to pyradmon? Would be very use for simpler/remote audio type Geiger counters?

If its plug and play I say go for it. It will allow me to add another counter. (On in and one outside.)
I have a counter that has an earphone connector with ticks for CPM. If I can plug that into the microphone plug of my Ubuntu laptop that would be Nice.
Who makes an Ubuntu package / deb for pyradmon? I guess that would really boost the user-base for this site.

@Dan: Could possibly be added.
@Marc: deb/yum/pup/anything else would be rather much of a waste of time. :/ Due to it being a single file already, a python file. All the rest that needs to be installed are from other devs. And basicly Linux handles a golden rule: "We do one thing, and we do it well" unlike the Windows rule "Stuff as much stuff into a heap of other things and make that into a single file, because of unknown reasons, making our stuff lag". (Sorry, my studies have a bad influence on my sight towards Microsoft. )
But stuffing a single file into an installer package wouldn't be that good of an idea.. Since the best bet is to download the file to the user's home directory ("~" , so "cd ~ [Enter] <download command>" or "~/pyradmon.py"

Ah Thimo, great to see you adding to pyradmon
I can detail RadLog audio counting method if you want? You could easily improve it, or even find a better way

Oh, sure. ^_^
And yeah..
Due to base point, you make something, keep it active.
And I saw unhandled requests, hence I thought I could better hijack to keep it active.

There I am again, beloved co-members.
I have some preparation to do with it.
I'll create a thread devoted to just implementing audio. ^_^
See you there.
