Had a look through the list of inactive stations, there are quite a few who were active all the time. I am wondering where you are! I know interest waxes and wanes, it would be great to have you back!

Ya, its painful at times looking at all the ones we did have on here and just vanished into thin air. I'm hoping that some may have just not realized they are offline because their unit stopped for some reason. I don't always look at mine, meaning a day or two, but when outside, I can here the unit clicking away so I know that part is working, but a pc or software hang up could also be an issue. Hoping that in the future, either the software itself sends out a message to a cell, email, pager, etc if it detects no data or the Radmon site sends out an email if it hasn't received data from a station possibly due to a hardware, software and PC crash because the user software at this point may not be able to send if its a PC issue on their end, but the Radmon server collecting the data would detect no data from a station after a set time. Just some ideas.
> Dan, some of these vanished users are on the shared area still, correct? makes it look like we have a lot of users there when in fact, some, didn't verify them all, are not active anymore. Good size list now, but some are gone. Is there a way to filter them out until that come back on, if they ever do and hopefully will?

Yeah that feature is on the list
I could add an option to omit stations on the shared list if the data is older than say 3 months. But the whole point of it is a shared historical log, who knows what might or might not be important?
There is a lot on the 'list' at the moment.

Or how old the data is as well. Ex: Atomic Dave's, last reading was 10/?/14. Perhaps, if there is a way then, going by your 3 months of no data, it gets greyed out, still there, but a light colored of grey. Then we active users, looking at the list, can tell who the real, active ones are because they would be clearly seen, others greyed out. I would go 30 days, grey out, more that 90 days, off the shared list. Just my thoughts of a clean site and a useful one.

I purchase raspberry to set my station because I cannot use my computer for 24/7 monitoring, but still haven't time to install the raspberry, not enough time...but I'm here on the forum.

Yeah the Pi does take a bit of setting up. You probably need a day without distractions to do it, especially if you have to hack around to get it running exactly how you want it. e.g. pyradmon runs at boot, ssh with x, etc. I never seem to quite get there!
