wrong data logging password - error

Hi,

i upgraded the software from 0.41 to 0.43. Data upload worked with the 0.41 version. However after upgrading to 0.43 it didn't.
I set a new password in my profile and entered this password in the software but getting an error message - wrong User or Password.

What am I doing wrong?

Some more detail.

After pushing the "check user and password" button, it takes 3-4 seconds and then a message pops up "Your username and/or password was incorrect"
The status bar says: " Running V0.43 User validation failed, server error: Timeout"
