Hi all, I've been away for the last week or so camping with the family and some friends around the New Quay area in West Wales. Highlight of the holiday was going biking around Abergolech, check the trail and video out here. I almost died several times, but went flying round the descents without coming off or hurting anything. My friend almost went into a tree. I almost went flying off a steep embankment and the 2nd or 3rd jump scared the crap out of me. It was brilliant!

Hey, whats life without a little risk, huh? Looks like fun! I played hard a few weeks ago on my own vacation. Didn't die, but I did break my wrist (I have a lovely cast as my reward for a few more weeks). Still, I would do it again in a heartbeat for the memories. No pain, no gain, as they say
