Here goes one last attempt at making an attachment. The inside of an SBT-11.
Just in case the attachment doesn't work (again), the photo shows the inside of an SBT-11 (CNT-11) Russian GM tube with the mica window removed.
There is a rectangular sheet metal cathode at the bottom of a rectangular recess. This is connected common to both external ground connector pins. There are four channels folded into this metal. 4 anode wires are nested inside these four channels. The middle two wires are slightly thinner than the outer two wires and they are common, connected to the centre anode pin external connector.
This is the non-'A' (alpha) designated tube.
