Welcome to the map. Your pin is the red one, and based on your readings, its no wonder. I believe your detector (GMC-300E) should be giving readings around 20 CPM for a normal background. If it is actually giving readings of 4000 on its display, there is either a problem with it or it is actually sitting on a piece of Fukushima corium
. If it is showing around 20 CPM, then there may be a problem with the computer connection. What is it showing?
