Map tidyup

There's a lot of red on the radmon.org map! It looks like stations that should go dormant are not excluded from the readings.
Currently cleaning it up, I think a small fix is needed on the map.

Almost fixed, but there is an issue with dormant stations hiding ones sending data. I'll fix soon.
