Russian test of SLBM was created by mw0uzo
From 'Oswald' on the DEFCONWarningSystem.com forum:
'x2 SS-N-32 MACE (RSM-56 Bulava) SLBMs fired from the Borei class SSBN Yury Dolgorusky. Launch occurred earlier today with an unknown trajectory. Launched from the White Sea off the Kola peninsula. IRVs apparently landed on target in the Kamchatka peninsula. Russian social media pointed to possible activity from the white sea last week. That also explains the COBRA BALL activity.'

The translated article for the official conformation of the test, posted by Oswald:

Also discussion on received HF military broadcasts here

All very interesting, I may have a listen to some of the HF military comms frequencies myself. Fascinating that people are monitoring and discussing about these coded messages.
