Custom station logs

A couple of things.... The pages are not viewable unless logged in. Is this correct?

Also, any user can create multiple pages. Unless you are the publisher of the page it is impossible (from what I can see) to see who has written the page. It could possibly be used for spam. I created "Another Page!" but there is no indication as to who created it. I don't know if this would be a good idea for users to be able to create as many pages as they like?

I don't know if this is a viable option or not, but make it so a new user ahs to be at least 7 or 14 or 30 days old before they can create user pages? That would stop the opportunist coming along registering and creating a bunch of pages full of whatever.
